Cancellation & Refund Policy

Memberships

  • Your Mind Magic membership renews automatically ([monthly] or [annually]) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your account settings (or by emailing [support@mindmagic.app]). Cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except where required by law. [Confirm.]
  • Annual plans: [state whether any prorated refund applies within a window, e.g. 14 days.]

Founding members

  • Founding member pricing and perks are locked as described at the time you joined, for as long as your membership stays active without interruption. [Confirm the exact promise.]

One-on-one sessions, Deep Dives, and add-ons

  • Paid sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to [24 hours] before the start time for a [full credit / refund]. Cancellations inside [24 hours], or no-shows, are [non-refundable].
  • If Carla needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Auto-assigned weekly sessions

  • If you do not pick your weekly session by the deadline, the system assigns you an available time. You can reschedule it, subject to the cancellation window above and availability.

Free trial / initial period

Changes
